1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

A. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:

    • The unopened package

    • The unboxing process

    • The issue with the product

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

  • If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days

B. Not Satisfied with the Product

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

  • The product must:

    • Be unused and in original condition

    • Be returned in the original box with all items, accessories, and packaging intact

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing items will not be accepted.


2. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved:

    • The refund will be processed within 15–20 working days

    • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products reported after the allowed return period

  • Items without a valid unboxing video (for damaged/defective cases)


4. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

  • Clear images/videos of the product issue

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Return Policy.

Eyelish Vision reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
