We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
Metro Cities: 7–10 business days
Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 12–15 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping: Available on selected offers or minimum order values (if applicable).
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your order status using the provided tracking details.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct at the time of placing the order.
Eyelish Vision will not be responsible for delivery delays or order loss due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping charges.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened:
Please do not accept the delivery.
If accepted, record a clear unboxing video showing the package condition.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays caused by factors such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
